My Story
I have been working with and training dogs since 2014. I am a certified American Kennel Club Evaluator, certified Trick Dog Instructor, and Professional level member of the Association of Professional Dog Trainers. I am also starting the Nose Work certification course. When my husband and I got our first dog together she came with a lot of baggage, so we decided to take classes with her. Taking her from a troubled dog to a beloved family member, titled Trick and Agility dog who was confident in herself sparked a desire to help other dogs and their owners. I fell in love with watching a dog's mind open up as they learn, and helping people have the best dogs they can. I firmly believe that especially working with animals, there is always more to learn. Methods continually evolve as we discover more about how dogs themselves process and learn. I have and continue to attend many seminars and workshops learning all I can about canine behavior, training, and nutrition.

Currently I reside in Racine with my husband and our three dogs, Shih Tzu's Pumpkin, Cinnabun and Toast, as well as two cats Cosmo and Spaghetti. I also have two horses that take up most of my free time outside of the house. The dogs and I are always busy with something, all three are currently training in Nose Work and obedience. I hope to trial with them soon. Our previous dogs were trained and sometimes awarded in Nose Work, Tricks, Obedience and Hunting.
