Basic classes
Level 1 - The Foundation Skills
For dogs of any age that have not had formal training. During the shorter fall and winter schedule the age groups may be combined. This allows more opportunity to accommodate busy schedules. Foundations classes focus on socialization, obedience, handler focus, problem solving, learning to read your dog, and more! Graduates under one year may receive their S.T.A.R. Puppy certificate. Foundations classes will be held primarily at Petrifying Springs Park. Class size 4 dogs max.

Level 2 - Building Consistency
For any dog that has completed the Foundations course. Level 2 teaches more advanced cues, and consistency in higher distraction environments. Graduates may receive their AKC Canine Good Citizen certificate. Most classes will be held at Petrifying Springs Park. Class size 4 dogs max.

Advanced classes
Level 3 - Putting it to the Test
Level 3 takes the dogs to more traffic heavy locations testing the skills learned in the previous classes. Graduates may receive their AKC Community Canine certificate. Classes will meet in downtown areas or local parks during high traffic times. Class size 4 dogs max.

Level 4 - Out and About
During this session we will meet in local stores and businesses. Graduates may receive their AKC Urban Canine Good Citizen certificate. INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL REQUIRED. Dogs must posses a mastery of skills and behaviors for acceptance. Class size 3 dogs max.

This drop-in style class offers an opportunity for dog and handler to practice Out and About class skills in local businesses. INSTRUCTOR APPROVAL REQUIRED. Class size 3 dogs max.

Working Walk
This drop-in style class offers an opportunity for dog and handler to practice the skills they are learning in a structured environment with other dogs. Class size 6 dogs max.

Tricks 1
What's more fun than playing with your dog! In this course we will learn the core tricks that are the basis for novice and intermediate level tricks. Earn your AKC Trick Dog title. Class size 5 Dogs max.
